新农村建设中住宅院落空间的适宜性转化——以湖南农村住宅院落空间为例

本文以湖南典型村镇为例,从其民居院落空间形态的衍变过程出发,以新老社会、文化的变革为基础,站在社会结构以及生产方式变迁的角度上,分析其居住环境与行为方式,以此来剖析湖南地区农村民居院落空间逐渐消失的原因与得失,探索新农村建设中农民的行为模式演变对其居住空间形态的适应性以及现代院落空间的适宜性转化,以期人与建筑、人与环境之间产生良性互动。

Suitability transformation of courtyard space in New rural construction--With the rural courtyards of Hunan as an example

With the typical village in Hunan as an example, the paper starts from the evolution process of the spatial form of residential courtyards, bases on the past and current social and cultural changes, on the view of transformation taken place in social structure and mode of production, analyze living environment and behavior of Hunan farmers, and dissects the reasons, gains and losses of the gradual disappearance of Hunan rural residential courtyard space, tries to explore the adaptability of the behavioral changes of farmers to the evolution of their living spatial form in the new rural construction, as well as the suitability of the conversion of modern courtyard space. We expect to create a positive interaction between people and buildings, people and the environment.
