| 摘 要： | 空气预热器积灰是影响锅炉正常运行的常见问题之一,主要表现为空气预热器出入口的差压增大,不均匀的空气预热器的积灰会导致一系列的风压波动,严重影响锅炉运行。对空预器进行清洗和采用新型吹灰措施是治理并防止空预器积灰的有效手段。

Analysis & Courtermeasures of Boiler Air Pressure Fluctuation |

| Abstract: | Ash deposition of air pre-heater is a frequently occurred problem in power plants.Usually,the ash deposition causes greater pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pre-heater,and leads to air pressure fluctuation,which is greatly harmful to the boiler operation.Washing the air pre-heater with high-pressure water and employing shock-wave ash remover is effective to cure the problem. |
