| 摘 要： | 交互式语音应答(IVR)系统是呼叫中心的重要部分,控制整个业务流程。OpenVXI是开源的VoiceXML解释器。文章设计了一个基于OpenVXI的语音应答系统,并给出了核心部分的具体实现。
