叙事护理对维持性血液透析患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨叙事护理对维持性血液透析患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年7月-10月在血液净化中心行维持性血液透析的95例患者为研究对象,按照不同透析时间将其分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=49)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予叙事护理。分别采用医院焦虑与抑郁量表和健康调查简表对2组进行评价。结果 干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁得分均低于对照组(t=4.509,P<0.001;t=2.348,P=0.021);健康调查简表各维度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 对维持性血液透析患者实施叙事护理,可以改善患者负性情绪,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of narrative nursing on negative emotions and life quality of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on negative emotions and life quality of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 95 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in blood purification center between July and October 2021 were selected, and according to the dislysis time divided into an observation group of 49 and a control group of 46. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with narrative nursing. After the intervention, both groups were evaluated using hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS) and the short form of health survey (SF-36). Results After the intervention, the anxiety and depression score of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (t=4.509, P<0.001; t=2.348, P=0.021), while the scores of all dimensions of SF-36 were significantly higher than the latter group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Narrative nursing can relieve the negative emotions of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and improve their life quality. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
