重塑时间观对康复期精神分裂症患者的影响

目的 探讨重塑时间观对康复期精神分裂症患者的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年5月在某三甲精神病专科医院住院的100例康复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组采用精神科传统护理模式,实验组在对照组的基础上实施重塑时间观训练,比较干预前后2组的时间观倾向、主观幸福感、社会功能情况及康复效果。结果 干预后实验组积极与未来、享乐的时间观得分均高于对照组(t=-13.068,P<0.001;t=-15.550,P<0.001;t=-5.664,P<0.001),消极与宿命的时间观均低于对照组(t=14.973,P<0.001;t=10.544,P<0.001),主观幸福感及社会功能量表评分均高于对照组(t=-21.408,P<0.001;t=-5.366,P<0.001),康复疗效评定量表评分低于对照组(t=6.396,P<0.001)。结论 重塑精神分裂症康复期患者的时间观可以帮助其建立积极健康平衡的时间观,改善其负性情绪,提升患者的主观幸福感,促进其社会功能及康复的疗效,达到减轻家庭、医院及社会压力的效果。

The effect of reshaping time view on convalescent schizophrenics

Objective To explore the effect of remodeling time view on patients with convalescent schizophrenia. Methods Totally 100 patients with convalescent schizophrenia hospitalized in a grade-3 class-A psychiatric hospital between June 2020 and May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, each of 50, according to a random number table. Both groups were given the traditional nursing, while the experimental group additionally underwent time view remolding training. The time view tendency, subjective well-being, social function and rehabilitation of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the average scores of positive, future and hedonic time views of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (t=-13.068, P<0.001; t=15.550, P<0.001; t=-5.664, P<0.001), while those of the negative and fatalistic time view were significantly lower than those of the control group (t=14.973, P<0.001; t=10.544, P<0.001). Moreover, the average scores of subjective well-being and social function of the former were significantly higher than the latter (t=-21.408, P<0.001;t=5.366, P<0.001), while the rehabilitation efficacy rating scale score was significantly lower than the control group (t=6.396, P<0.001). Conclusion Remodeling the time view of schizophrenic convalescence patients can help them establish a positive, healthy and balanced time view, improving their subjective well-being, social function and rehabilitation effect as well as relieving their negative emotions and pressure on the family, hospital and society.
