| 摘 要： | 目的总结临床肝移植围手术期并发症处理的经验。方法对12例成人原位背驼式肝移植临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果12例患者手术成功率100％；围手术期存活率75％；术后围手术期共发生并发症15例次。结论完善的手术技术、围手术期的严密监测及并发症防治与正确处习是肝移植成功的必要条件。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse perioperative management experience of complication in orthotopic liver transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 12 liver transplantations were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the operation of liver transplantation were successful, and the survive rate of perioperation was 75%. The complications in peri-operation were 15 times.Conclusion Perfect surgical techniques, comprehensive monitoring and correct management during perioperation are key factors for success of the liver transplantation. |
