口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗前牙牙列缺损伴错牙合畸形患者的疗效

探究前牙牙列缺损伴错牙合畸形患者接受种植修复联合口腔正畸的治疗效果。方法 选取 2017年1月-2021年12月我院收治的前牙牙列缺损伴错牙合畸形患者66例，根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观 察组，各33例。对照组行传统种植修复治疗，观察组行传统种植修复联合口腔正畸治疗，比较两组牙齿功 能、牙齿美观度、修复效果及生活质量。结果 观察组治疗后发音功能、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能评分高于对 照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后ISQ、PES评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组修复优良率为96.97%，高 于对照组的60.61%（P ＜0.05）；观察组SF-36各维度评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 前牙牙列缺损伴 错牙合畸形患者接受传统种植修复联合口腔正畸治疗的效果较好，可促进患者牙齿功能恢复，满足患者牙齿 美观需求，提高患者生活质量。

Effect of Orthodontics Combined with Implant Restoration in the Treatment of Dentition Defect in Anterior Teeth with Malocclusion

To explore the treatment effect of implant restoration combined with orthodontics in patients with dentition defect in anterior teeth and malocclusion. Methods A total of 66 patients with dentition defect in anterior teeth and malocclusion admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional implant restoration, and the observation group was treated with traditional implant restoration combined with orthodontic treatment. The tooth function, tooth aesthetics, repair effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of pronunciation function, masticatory function and swallowing function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of ISQ and PES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of repair in the observation group was 96.97%, which was higher than 60.61% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of traditional implant restoration combined with orthodontic treatment in patients with dentition defect in anterior teeth and malocclusion is better, which can promote the recovery of dental function, meet the aesthetic needs of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
