| 摘 要： | 基于组件技术的分布式开发方法是当前流行的软件设计方法，本文结合当前高校比较完善的局域网和软件开发中先进的COM 组件技术，提出一种新的高校管理信息系统模型，具体说明了系统的网络拓扑结构、软件架构设计、功能结构设计，并简要介绍了系统的实现．
