| 摘 要： | 由于技术标准重要的战略作用,标准竞争引发的企业标准战在发达国家屡见不鲜。然而在我国,企业间标准竞争和标准战却相对较少出现,标准形成明显滞后,标准提供明显不足。这种强烈反差现象反映了我国标准形成体制与发达国家存在的一定差距。本文首先从经济学角度研究了现代技术标准的基本形成机制,然后据此分析了我国技术标准落后的主要原因,最后提出了当前我国技术标准发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Because of technical standard's strategic role,wars provoked by technical standard among enterprises are commonly seen in developed countries.However in China this situation can hardly be seen for lagged setting process and provision.The strong contrast reflects the existing gap between our standard developing system and that of developed countries.This paper firstly discusses the basic developing mechanism of modern technical standard from economic perspective;then analyzes the main backward reasons of our country standard development;in the end puts forward the correlate developing advises of technical standard. |
