1999-2005年陕西省碘缺乏病健康教育调查分析

目的了解陕西省家庭主妇和小学生碘缺乏病健康知识的知晓情况。方法1999-2005年按照全国碘缺乏病监测方案,用PPS方法抽样,对家庭主妇采用问卷,五年级小学生采用笔答进行调查。结果1999-2005年家庭主妇知晓率由61.3%上升为98.0%,2005年了解缺碘危害者为51.3%;学生知晓率由53.5%上升为88.0%,2005年能举例讲述缺碘危害、防治方法者为65.7%。结论1999-2005年陕西省家庭主妇及学生对碘缺乏知识知晓情况呈上升趋势。但对碘缺乏危害知识掌握不足,今后应有针对性地开展碘缺乏病健康教育工作。

Evaluation of Health Education of Iodine Deficiency Disorder in Shanxi Province,1999-2005

Objective To investigate the awareness of iodine deficiency disorders （IDD） among housewives and primary school students. Method Samples were randomly collected with probability proportional to size （PPS） method, the questionnaire survey was performed among the housewives and survey forms were completed by the students. Result The awareness rate on IDD among the housewives increased from 61.3% in 1999 to 98.0% in 2005, and the awareness rate of IDD harms among them in 2005 was 51.3%. The awareness rate of IDD among the students increased from 53.5% to 88.0%. The awareness rate of IDD harms and prevention method among them was 65.7 %. Conclusion The awareness rate of IDD among the housewives and students increased by years, but the awareness rate of IDD harms was relatively low. It is necessary to conduct the health education about IDD for different purpose.
