双路闭环齿轮机构的装配条件及其设计计算

摘    要:推导出了双路闭环齿轮机构装配条件的一般表达式。提出了设计这类机构的配角法,计算简捷,容易获得准确的传动比和机构的全部安装位置。文中还给出了此法的计算流程图,最后,还分析了文献[1]中四齿轮闭环机构(有缺口齿轮的齿轮机构)装配条件式的适用范围。

Abstract:In this paper, the erecting condition of the closed loop gear train is formulated in a general form. The fitting angle method to design the train is offered. The method has such characteristics as easy to get accurate transmission ratio and obtain all the positions that could make the train erected or assembled, simple and rapid to caculate. And its program is also provided. Finally, the using limits of the equation, proposed in for four gear closed loop trains—gear trains with a notched or imcomplete gear, are analyzed.
