数控机床的嵌入式可编程控制器的研究与开发

摘    要:用工业个人计算机作为平台,使数控系统和嵌入或可编程控制器共同使用其软硬件资源,可以方便用户的使用和提高数控机床的性能价格比。本文主要介绍基于IPC的嵌入式可编程控制器工作原理和一些关键软件的设计与开发。

Abstract:Using Industrial Personal Computer(IPC) as a platform , which can be used both by CNC system and bulit in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) , the user can operate conviniently and the ratio of performance to price of CNC machine will be improved. This paper mainly introduces the working principle of IPC based built in PLC and some of the design and developing methods of the key software.
