摘    要:对小鼠补充不同剂量多管藻提取物(PUE),采用标准化方法制备PUE,以FD 法测定总酚含量,以体内实验进行提取物的抗氧化活性评价,采用单细胞凝胶电泳法测定淋巴细胞的DNA 损伤,以试剂盒测定血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 、丙二醛(MDA) 含量。结果表明,PUE 中的总酚含量为68.54 %,其LD50 > 3160 mg/ kg,属于低毒,说明PUE 可能会有食用安全问题。PUE 中剂量组的血淋巴细胞DNA 损伤与高剂量组和空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义( p < 0.05)。PUE 各剂量组小鼠血中MDA 的含量与空白对照组比较均降低,差异有统计学意义( p < 0.05) 。PUE 有一定的抗脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:The total content of bromophenols in red alga Polysiphonia urceolata extract (PUE) was detected by FD method. The antioxidant effects of PUE were detected on mice. The oxidative DNA damage of peripheral lymphocytes induced by H2O2 was analyzed by SCGE. The concentrations of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialehyde (MDA) in plasma were detected with test kit. The results showed that the concentration of total phenols in the PUE is proved to be 68.54 % and the PUE shows low toxicity with its LD50 more than 3160 mg/ kg. There is a significant decreasing tendency of the oxidative DNA damage of peripheral lymphocytes in the 40 mg/ kg bw dosage group induced by 10 μmol/ L H2O2. The levels of MDA in all dosage groups are less than that in the control group. In conclusion, the PUE has some anti-lipid peroxidation activity.
