| 摘 要： | ObjectiveTo analyze the surgical treatmentof complicating OMZ fracture．MethodsTwoincisions were designedone is prolonged incision of lower lid bag,the other is aincision of the upper mucogingival junction．After the fracture part of theorbit was exposed,thezygomatic and maxillary fracture should be reducted exactelly．Then the fracture was fixed with titanium microplate．A correctly molded silica gel orcoral porous hydroxyapatite tamponade was inserted．ResultsThe cases more followed up,than 3 months′ for all 14 cases were treated successfully．ConclusionComplicatidg fracture OMZ should be diagnosed and treatedearly．
