摘    要:国家“十五”期间已经启动生物质能源发展计划,然而对于木薯等淀粉源作物生产燃料乙醇的技术与经济问题尚缺乏明确的答案。本研究在对广西、海南木薯酒精企业和原料生产实地调查的基础上,结合木薯的生物学特性,解析木薯生产与加工企业发展中存在的主要问题,阐明目前已经具备的技术储备,提出专用新品种选育、集约化种植技术、种苗基地建设、高效微生物治污和产业经济发展等5点宏观战略研究,以应对木薯产业发展瓶颈,释放木薯在燃料酒精生产中的巨大潜力。

Abstract:The state renewable energy program has been launched during the tenth "Five Years Plan". It is however not very clear about how to produce fuel ethanol by using cassava and other starch crops in technical and economic terms. Possible problems in cassava production and processing were pointed out based on the biological and economic characters of cassava during the practical field trip and the visits to cassava-based enterprises in Guangxi and Hainan. Technical availability of producing and processing cassava was described and 5 macro-strategic studies such as varietal breeding with desirable traits, development of intensive cultural practices, establishment of seed plant propagation center for supply of seed stems for new variety, development of high effective microorganisms to control pollution and industrial economic development were put forward to tackle the problems that will arise from future development of cassava and cassava fuel ethanol production.
