活血通脉片治疗类风湿关节炎伴发动脉粥样硬化临床观察

目的 观察活血通脉片(鸡血藤、丹参、三七、陈皮、枸杞子、黄精、麦冬等)对类风湿关节炎(RA)伴发动脉粥样硬化(AS)的治疗作用和安全性.方法 选择类风湿关节炎伴发动脉粥样硬化患者68例,随机分为观察组36例和对照组32例,观察组口服活血通脉片,对照组口服辛伐他汀片.治疗12周后比较两组患者血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、颈动脉1MT及颈动脉内膜斑块面积变化以及安全性评价.结果 观察组治疗后的TG较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后两组TC、LDL-C、CRP都较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),两组颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)、颈动脉内膜斑块面积较治疗前减小(P＜0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义.两组安全性均较好,组间副反应率比较无统计学差异.结论 活血通脉片能在一定程度上改善类风湿关节炎伴发动脉粥样硬化,且安全无明显副作用.

Efficacy and safety of Huoxue Tongmai Tablet in patients with rheumatoid arthritis associated with atherosclerosis

AIM To observe the efficacy and security of Huoxue Tongmai Tablet(Spatholobi Caulis,Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Citri reticulatae Pericarpium,Lycii Fructus,Polygonati Rhizoma,Ophiopogonis Radix,etc.) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) associated atherosclerosis(AS).METHODS Sixty-eight patients with RA associated AS were randomly divided into two groups.One was treated with Huoxue Tongmai Tablet(treatment group,n=36),the other with simvastatin(control group,n=32).Comparison was made in the changes of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),CRP,carotid artery IMT and carotid artery plaque area before and after 12 weeks of treatment between groups and safety evaluation.RESULTS After treatment,TG was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,LDL-C,CRP were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The carotid artery IMT and carotid artery plaque area decreased as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between groups.Both groups had good security,and there was no significant difference in the rates of side effects between groups.CCONCLUSION Huoxue Tongmai Tablet has therapeutic action in patients with RA-associated AS in some extent with no obvious side effects.
