高效油溶性稠油降粘剂CYJJ的性能评价

摘    要:介绍了稠油开采现状、方法和存在的问题以及研究该降粘剂的目的。根据稠油形成的原因,进行分子结构设计,以烯类酰胺、羧酸酐、高碳醇共聚合成的高效油溶性稠油降粘剂。对合成的CYJJ降粘剂的降粘机理进行了详细地阐述,同时对降粘剂的降粘剂性能进行了评价,并与常规的水溶性降粘剂进行了降粘效果对比分析研究。通过评价表明,合成的CYJJ降粘剂具有高效降粘性,抗盐、抗矿化度性能优良的特点。其降粘率达87.2%,抗盐浓度达到30000mg/L,抗矿化度10000mg/L,比水溶性降粘剂的降粘效果好。

Abstract:This paper introduced the status quo, methods and existent problems of viscous oil recovery. At the same time the purpose of the research viscosity reducing agent was presented. Based on the causes of forming viscous crude, the molecule structure was analyzed, using alkenes amide, anhydride and higher alcohols synthesized a high effective and oil- dissolves viscosity reducer CYJJ. The visbreaking mechanisms of CYJJ were expatiated in detail, and the performance of viscosity reducer was evaluated. Through comparative analysis with water-solubility viscosity reducer, the CYJJ viscosity reducer has high effective viscosity reducing, excellent salt resistancy and salinity tolerant property. Its viscosity reducing rate is high up 87.2%, resisting salt concentration is 30000mg/L, resisting salinity consideration is 10000mg/L.
