摘    要:苯磺酰胺与NaOH在水中反应生成苯磺酰胺钠盐,继续与苯磺酰氯作用,酸化后得二苯磺酰亚胺。运用正交实验方法,通过控制苯磺酰胺和苯磺酰氯的投料比,以及调整NaOH的用量,得到合成二苯磺酰亚胺的最佳工艺条件:(1)水溶液中苯磺酰胺的质量分数为20%;(2)物料摩尔比(苯磺酰胺:NaOH:苯磺酰氯):2:2.1:1;(3)反应温度70%,反应时间3h。通过酸碱滴定法测得二苯磺酰亚胺的纯度为97.87%,产率为71.54%。

Abstract:Benzenesulfonamide reacted with sodium hydroxide in aqueous solution to produce sodium benzenesulfonamide, followed by reaction with benzenesulfonyl chloride and acidification to give dibenzenesulfonimide. The optimum synthesis technology was explored by controlling the different ratios of benzenesulfonamide and benzenesulfonyl chloride as well as carrying the mols of the sodium hydroxide, with the perpendicular experimental method.
