摘    要:讨论了添加Na2WO4的Na2SiO3电解液对镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层成分及结构的影响.结果表明,添加Na2WO4后,陶瓷膜层厚度增加,膜层的致密性和硬度提高,而对膜层的相组成几乎没有影响,说明加入Na2WO4使陶瓷膜层的性能得到改善.

Abstract:The influence of Na2SiO3 electrolyte with Na2WO4 addition on the phase constituent and structure of magnesium alloy micro-arc oxidated ceramic layer was discussed. The results indicate that the thickness of ceramic layer is increased ,compactability and hardness is improved with Na2WO4 addition ,but phase structure of ceramic layer is almost invariant. As a result, addition of Na2WO4 leads to improvement of the performance.
