电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定AES中的Cu和Fe

摘    要:为了建立脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中(AES)Cu和Fe金属元素含量的测定方法,用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定AES中的Cu和Fe,最终建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定AES中Cu和Fe金属元素含量的方法。方法的检出限为0.0004898~0.0041500μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.0%,加标回收率为96.8%~99.8%。该研究结果为AES中Cu和Fe重金属元素的定量分析提供理论依据。

Abstract:The method to determine Cu and Fe contents in AES was established.AES were digested with microwave digestion system,and were measured with ICP-MS.A method for the determination of Cu and Fe heavy metals elements in AES by ICP-MS was established.The results indicated that the detection limits of the method were 0.0004898~0.0041500 μg/L.The relative standard deviations were less than 1.0%.The recoveries of standard addition were among 96.8%~99.8%.This research provided the theoretical references for quantificational analyzing Cu and Fe heavy metals in AES.
