| 摘 要： | 发挥研究生助教的作用正成为大学实验教学的重要内容,研究生助教也成为了实验教学的一种好的形式。我们在材料电化学实验中的教学实践表明,研究生承担实验课程的助教工作不但可以提高研究生自身的综合能力,也提高了参与实验学生的实际动手能力和对理论知识的理解深度。本文还就目前研究生助教的形式提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Taking advantage of the effect of the graduate teaching assistant became an important content of experi- mental teaching in university or college, and the teaching assistant was a good way for experimental teaching. In the teach- ing practice of materials electrochemical experiments, the comprehensive abilities of graduate teaching assistants were improved, and at the same time, the practical ability and understanding for theoretical knowledge of students who participated in the experiments were enhanced. At last, some advices about management system and training for teaching assistant were put forward. |
