乙醇回流法提取葡萄渣总黄酮化合物的工艺研究

摘    要:对葡萄渣中的总黄酮的含量和提取工艺进行了研究,通过单因素试验和正交实验得出乙醇回流法提取的最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度80%,温度65℃,固液比1:50(g:mL),提取时间105 min,提取次数为2次,提取的黄酮含量为54.42 mg/g。

Abstract:Extraction of total flavonoids from grape residues by ethanol reflux method was discussed. The quantity of total flavonoids extracted was determined. Optimum extraction conditions determined by orthogonal method were solvent 80% ethanol, duration 105 min, temperature 65 ℃, ratio of material to solvent of 1 : 50, and operation 2 times and the content of total flavonoids was up to 54.42 mg/g.
