掘进巷道快速过采空区的围岩控制技术研究

摘    要:根据山西四明山煤矿掘进巷道过已采工作面采空区的条件,将掘进巷道过采空区分为三个阶段,依据不同阶段的巷道围岩变形特点,提出锚杆-锚索-金属网-钢带-金属钢支架联合支护方法,并提出巷道围岩喷浆和工作面超前注浆加固的方法,使掘进巷道安全快速地通过采空区,对其他类似的整合矿井煤层巷道施工具有一定参考性。

Abstract:According to the condition that the tunneling roadway passes through the goaf of the working face in Simingshan Coal Mine,Shanxi Province,the tunneling roadway passes through the goaf is divided into three stages.According to the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway in different stages,the combined support method of bolt anchor cable metal mesh steel strip metal support is put forward,and the methods of shotcreting the surrounding rock of the roadway and grouting reinforcement in advance of the working face are put forward to make the driving roadway pass through safely and quickly through the goaf,it has a certain reference for other similar integrated mine coal seam roadway construction.
