| 摘 要： | 施工切眼导硐后,为提高矮断面扩帮工效和安全系数,在掘进机前方40~45m待扩帮段安装耙装机,支设超前单体与煤壁之间形成出煤通道,施工期间掘进机截割头左右反复“摆煤”,将煤摆至出煤通道内,耙斗在出煤通道内耙装,掘进机向前分段进行斜切扩帮作业,分段结束后耙装机后退式移机,日均进尺达到13m,提高了效率。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the working efficiency and safety factor of low cross-section expanding after the construction of the cut and guide tunnel,the raking machine is installed in the front of the roadheader at 40~45m,and the coal outlet passage is formed between the leading unit and the coal wall.During the construction,the coal cutting head of the roadheader is put into the coal outlet channel repeatedly,the raking bucket is installed in the coal outlet channel,and the raking machine carries on the oblique cutting expansion operation in the forward section of the roadheader.The average daily scale reaches 13m,which improves the efficiency. |
