锆合金的品粒观测与亚结构分析

摘    要:为了研究锆合金包壳管再结晶退火的程度及合金的晶粒尺寸,用直线截点法、同心圆截点法以及晶粒度软件法分别对经塑性变形后再结晶退火的国产M5、法国产M5以及国产N18锆合金包壳管晶粒尺寸进行了观测,并用透射电子显微分析观察了合金的亚结构.结果表明:法产M5包壳管的晶粒尺寸为(3.73±0.107)μm,位错较少,再结晶退火程度良好;国产M5包壳管的晶粒尺寸为(3.63±0.239)μm,存在混晶,位错密度高,再结晶退火程度不足,国产N18包壳管的晶粒尺寸为(5.37±0.0792)μm,位错较少,发生了沉淀相变,再结晶退火程度已经过度。

Abstract:In order to study the extent of recrystallization annealing and the size about zirconium alloy, the method of straight line cut-off point, concentric circles cut-off point and software analysis are used and the grain sizes about zirconium alloy GMS, zirconium alloy FM5 and N18 are calculated, and the substruction of the alloys is observed by TEM. The results are:the grain size of FM5 is (3. 73±0. 107) gin,the dislocation is fewer;the average size of GM5 is (3.63±0. 239)μm,it has mixed crystal and high dislocation density;the grain size of GN18 is (5.37±0. 079 2) μm,it has less dislocation and the phase change occurs. Comparing the recrystallization annealing stage of the three materials, FM5 is insufficient,GM5 is less than FM5,and N18 is excessive.
