| 摘 要： | 本文采用双波长分光光度法测定心脏基础液中Ｌ－苹果酸的含量，测定波长为３７０．０ｍｍ，参比波长为４６８．０ｎｍ平均回收率为９９．４５％，ＲＳＤ为０．４３％，该法快速，简便，结果准确，适用于该制剂质量控制。
