摘    要:泛在电力物联网是国家电网公司建设世界一流能源互联网企业的战略之一,它充分利用移动互联等现代信息技术,实现电力系统各环节的人机交互、万物互联。泛在电力物联网的建设可以推进电力系统各个环节的数字化、智能化的进程,智慧供应链正是可以得到极大推动的环节之一。文中首先分析了电力系统供应链的现状;其次根据泛在电力物联网的特性,说明了基于泛在电力物联网的智慧供应链的建设目标;接着,本文分析了智慧供应链的平台架构,并针对建设智慧供应链的两个关键问题—物资的数字化管理和数字化合约进行了深入分析。

Abstract:The ubiquitous power Internet of things(IoT)is one of the strategies of the state grid corporation of China to build a world-class energy internet enterprise.Ubiquitous power IoT makes full use of information technologies such as mobile internet to realize human-machine interaction and interconnection of all things in the power system.The construction of the ubiquitous power IoT can promote the digital and intelligent process of all links in the power system,especially the supply chain.Firstly,this article analyzes the current insufficient of the power system supply chain.And then,based on the characteristics of the ubiquitous power IoT,the construction goals and platform structure of the smart supply chain are introduced.Finally,digital management and digital contracts for materials are explored in depth,because they are two key issues of building a smart supply chain.
