摘    要:按2(Sr0.99,Eu2 0.01)O-0.16B2O3-0.84P2O5配料以固相法合成蓝色荧光粉.该荧光粉在还原性气氛中,分别在1 100,1 150,1 200℃和1 250℃下进行焙烧.对不同温度下制成的样品进行X射线衍射分析,确定样品的晶体结构及晶相组成.通过测定样品的激发光谱和发射光谱,研究了焙烧温度对荧光粉结构的影响.结果表明:在1200℃下合成的荧光粉Sr6BP5O20为单一相,属四方晶系,P4/mmm空间群,晶胞参数分别为α=0 9794nm;c=0.951 6 nm,对应发射谱中478nm的发射峰;在低于1 200℃下合成的荧光粉中含有α-Sr3(PO4)2和α-Sr2P2O7 2个晶相,对应发射谱中420nm的发射峰.

Abstract:Blue phosphors with the formula of 2(Sr0.99, Eu2+0.01)O-0.16B2O3-0.84P2O5 were synthesized by a solid state reaction method.Phosphors were calcined at 1 100, 1 150, 1 200 ℃ and 1250 ℃ under a reducing atmosphere. Photoluminescence spectra of these phosphors were measured. The effects of calcining temperature on structural variations of the phosphors were investigated. According to X-ray diffraction results, the crystal assembly of the sample calcined at 1200 ℃ is Sr6BP5O20 with a unitary tetragonal phase in the P4/mmm space group with the cell parameters a and c as 0.979 4 nm and 0.9516 nm, corresponding to the emission at 478 nm. In the case of phosphors synthesized at temperatures lower than 1200 ℃, α-Sr3(PO4)2 and α-Sr2P2O7 phases were found with the emission at 420nm.
