Q460D大直径厚壁高强度无缝钢管的研发

Q460D多用于板材制造,用于制造无缝钢管有很大的困难。通过优化Q460D钢的化学成分,采用合适的热处理方法,成功开发出Q460D大直径厚壁高强度高韧性结构用无缝钢管,其在正火工艺条件下的屈服强度≥440MPa,抗拉强度≥550MPa;纵向伸长率≥17%;-20℃下的平均纵向冲击值≥80J,平均横向冲击值≥60J;性能满足客户要求。

Research and Development of Q460D Large-sized Heavy-wall High-strength Seamless Steel Tube

Although the Q460D steel is widely used for plate-making,it’s very difficult to make the seamless tube with this type of steel. Nevertheless,a hi-strength and hi-toughness large-sized heavy-wall structure-purposed seamless tube in Q460D steel is successfully developed by means of optimizing the steel’s chemical composition,and adopting proper heat treatment process. Relevant mechanical properties of the tube are as follows. After being normalized,its yield strength is ≥440 MPa;tensile strength ≥550 MPa,and longitudinal elongation ≥17%. And the impact test as made at -20 ℃ to the tube shows that the average longitudinal impact value is ≥80 J,and the average transversal impact value ≥60 J. All the above property test-resulting data are in compliance with relevant customer requirements.
