摘    要:M7475磨床使用早期的继电器控制系统,使系统复杂、动作元件多且运行可靠性差。针对上述问题,采用松下PLC控制系统代替继电器控制系统,使控制系统简化,故障率降低,维修方便,节省了维修成本。

Abstract:The early relay control system used in M7475 grinder was complicated,consisted of many motion components and had bad executing reliability.In view of the problems mentioned above,the Panasonic PLC control system was utilized to replace relay control system,so that this system was simplified to have lower stoppage rate.It’s also convenient for maintenance and took less cost.
