颅体针结合治疗中风后痉挛瘫痪35例

目的：观察颅骨缝针刺（颅针）结合体针治疗中风后痉挛瘫痪的效果。方法：取病灶侧颅骨缝的颞缝、矢状缝、人字缝、冠状缝为针刺部位；体针取患肢缺盆、肩髑、天井、手三里、三间、血海、足三里、太冲穴位。每日针1次，30次为1个疗程，1疗程后观察疗效。结果：35例患者，基本痊愈1例，显著进步13例，进步19例，无变化2例，总有效率91．43％。结论：颅针结合体针治疗中风后痉挛瘫痪有效。

Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of skull sucures acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on 35 cases spastic paralysis after apoplexy

Objective: To observation clinical effect of skull sutures acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on spastic paralysis after apoplexy.Methods: Skull sutures acupuncture parts are on the pathological side of temporal suture,sagittal suture,lambdoid suture,coronal suture;Body acupuncture are Que pen,Jianyu,Tianjing,Shousanli,Sanjian,Xuehai,Zusanli,Taichong,etc.acupuncture once a day,30 times is a period of treatment.And to observe clinical effect after a period of treatment.Results: The result showed that among 35 cases,1 case has been cured completely,marked effectiveness in 13 cases have turned better,19 cases have got good and no any effect in 2 cases.Total effectiverate is 91.4%.Conclusion: skull sutures acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is an effective therapy on spastic paralysis of apoplexy.
