基于需求分析探讨我国医院药学的发展路径

目的:探讨我国医院药学的未来发展路径。方法:从我国医院药学的发展现状及存在的问题出发,全面分析国家卫生事业、医院运营发展、医院学科建设、临床医护人员以及患者对于医院药学的潜在需求,并提出具体的实施方法和可能的发展路径。结果:目前我国的医院药学主要存在以下不足:专业定位模糊,职能不明;药师的服务项目缺失,价值未能完全体现;药品调剂任务繁重,缺乏专业认同;治疗药物监测业务流失,不良反应报告流于形式;临床药学服务步履维艰,人员配备不足等。通过需求分析发现,推动我国的医院药学发展应该从以下几方面着手:明确医院药学部门的定位,理清相应职能;建立现代物流管理制度,提高药品管理水平;创新服务理念,减少医疗纠纷;强化医院药学人员的专业能力,提高药学服务水平;把握医药科技发展新趋势,拓展药学服务范畴。结论:医院药学部门和药学工作者应着眼国家、医院、学科、临床医护人员和患者的需求,准确把握医院药学未来的发展方向和目标,提高自身的专业素质,拓展医院药学未来的发展路径,寻找医院药学事业新的价值增长点。

Exploration of the Development Pathway of Hospital Pharmacy in China Based on Demands Analysis

OBJECTIVE： To explore the development pathway of domestic hospital pharmacy in China in the future. METH- ODS： Based on the situation and existing problems of hospital pharmacy, public health, hospital operation and development, disci- pline construction, the potential demands of clinic medical staffs and patients on hospital pharmacy were analyzed comprehensively to put forward detail methods and development pathway. RESULTS： Present hospital pharmacy mainly had the following disadvan- tages： professional position and responsibility were not clear; the item of pharmacist service was insufficient, and occupational val- ue of pharmacists hadn＇t embodied; drug dispensing task was onerous and lacked of professional identification; therapeutic drug monitoring （TDM） was absent, and ADR report has become a mere formality; clinical pharmaceutical care was in difficult situa- tion and pharmaceutical staff was inadequate. Through demands analysis, the development of hospital pharmacy in China should be promoted from the following respects： the location and function of pharmacy department must be cleared; the drug management should be improved through establishing the modem logistics management system; the service idea should be innovated and the medical disputes should be reduced; pharmaceutical care should be improved through strengthening the staffs＇ professional ability; the category of pharmaceutical care should be expanded through following the tendency of medical science and technology. CON- CLUSIONS： Professionals of hospital pharmacy should meet the demands of the state, hospital, authorities, clinic medical staffs and patients, accurately grasp the future development direction and the goal, improve their professional abilities, expand the devel- opment pathway and find the new growth point of the hospital pharmacy.
