摘    要:通过对聚酯厂涤纶循环水系统的考察,在保证设备平稳运行的前提下,优化操作,确定了最佳水处理方案,解决了进一步提高循环水浓缩倍数的难题,进而大大减少了新鲜水的用量和污水的排放量,节约水资源,保护环境,提高经济效益,获得了良好的社会效益。

Abstract:Through making an investigation of circulating cooling water system of polyester fiber equipments, the best water treatment scheme was determined and the problem of further increasing the cycles of concentration was resolved by optimizing the operation process under the condition of ensuring all equipments in good stable running. The amount of fresh water- supplying and polluted water discharging were cut down. So water saving, cost lowering, and environmental protection were obvious. The economic and social benefits were gained.
