铅酸蓄电池自动注水系统的研究与实现

摘    要:研究设计了由全塑料浮止阀、精密压力表及可调节流阀等组成的铅酸蓄电池自动注水系统,描述了全塑料浮止阀的工作原理,对自动注水系统进行了理论分析.并通过实验研究,验证了自动注水系统稳定、可靠的注水性能,且液面高度误差不大于4mm,为自动注水系统的实现及实际应用打下了良好基础.

Abstract:The self-motion watering system of lead-acid storage batteries was researched and designed,which is consisted of all plastic floating check valve,pressure gage,adjustable throttle valve,etc.The operating principle of floating check valve was described,and the theoretical principle of self-motion watering system was analyzed.The experiamental result shows that watering performance is steady and reliable,and the height error of liquid level is under 4mm.
