摘    要:介绍了表面粗糙度测量仪的发展历程、现状及发展趋势,研制了基于虚拟仪器开发的一种新的表面粗糙度测量仪,即利用传统的表面粗糙度测量仪与虚拟仪器技术相结合,在计算机上用LabVIEW可视化的虚拟仪器系统开发平台开发出新的表面粗糙度测量系统.该仪器能够同时测量多个参数,实现了粗糙度测量评定一体化.

Abstract:The measuring instrument of surface roughness development course, the present situation and the future tendency were introduced, one kind of new measuring instrument of surface roughness based on the virtual instrument was developed, which integrates the traditional roughness of surface measuring instrument and the virtual instrument technology. New surface roughness measurement system was developed on the computer with the developing platform of LabVIEW visible virtual instrument system. This instrument can simultaneously survey many parameters, which realizes roughness survey comparison and appraisal integration.
