摘    要:以汽车转向柱护套的反求设计为例,利用三维光学扫描仪采集点云数据,对采点数据的处理包括数据精简、多边形化处理等方法进行了探讨,并重点介绍了在Imageware软件中进行点云补缺、构建曲线与曲面及曲面光顺性检测的过程.

Abstract:By taking the inverse design of auto steering pole envelope as an example, the 3D optical scanner was presented to collect the data of point cloud. The data processing, including the data reduction and scan polygonization was studied. The application of Imageware software was emphasized for the gap mending of cloud points, and for the constructing and fairing of curves and surfaces in inverse Engineering.
