数控机床进给系统伺服精度的分析及SIMULINK仿真

摘    要:为了提高数控进给系统的伺服精度,分析了扰动作用下数控进给系统的稳态误差,并提出了用前馈控制的方法消除稳态误差的措施.通过SIMULINK仿真验证了此方法的正确性.

Abstract:To improve the servo accuracy of NC machine tool feed system,the stable tolerance of NC machine tool feed system under the interference was analyzed,and the method was put forward to eliminate the stable tolerance by taking the feed forward control.The validity of this method was proved by SIMULINK simulation.
