摘    要:提出了基于PDM系统AVIDM的CAPP集成系统的总体框架,探讨了AVIDM与CAPP系统集成的关键技术,并重点阐述了在某航天单位,针对某典型部件的设计制造特点和工作流程进行了有效实施.通过用户及权限管理和各种系统安全措施,实现了对工艺数据的安全控制;实现了基于AVIDM的工艺规程创建、编辑、删除、审批及设备汇总等.通过AVIDM与CAPP的信息共享和集成,提高了信息的重用性、准确性和-致性,实现了工艺部门与产品设计之间的协同,减少了重复性劳动,提高了工作效率.

Abstract:The holistic framework of CAPP integrated system based on AVIDM PDM system was introduced. The key techniques of system integration about AVIDM and CAPP were discussed. The effective application and implementation in allusion to the design and manufacturing features and workflow about a certain typical component in an aerospace enterprise was discussed. Through the user and right management and all kinds of system safety measures, safe control for the process data was realized. Founding, editing, deleting, examining and approving the process files and gathering the equipments based on AVIDM were realized. Through the information share and integration about AVIDM and CAPP, the reusability, accuracy and consistency of information were improved, collaboration between the process department and the product design department was achieved. Consequently the repetitive labor was cut down and work efficiency was improved.
