| 摘 要： | 为了使建筑企业和个人更好的了解建造师执业资格制度，详细介绍了项目经理资格管理制度向建造师执业资格制度的转变，论述了注册建造师与项目经理的关系，并分析了建筑企业建造师现状，针对存在的问题，进一步提出了加强建造师管理的对策及建议。
