| 摘 要： | 目的:对尿D-木糖排泄试验反映小儿肠道吸收功能的实验评价。方法:对厌食、消化功能紊乱儿童治疗前后的5项检测指标观察数据进行比较。结果:尿D-木糖排泄试验,治疗前后差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),血清UREA、Cr治疗后均值虽都略有下降,但差异(P>0.05)无显著性意义,HB、RBC治疗后均值略有增加,但差异(P>0.05)无显著性意义。结论:尿D-木糖排泄吸收试验在二周治疗时间内检测结果差异有非常显著性,为有效反映小肠吸收功能的改善,提供了实验观察依据,且易于为儿童接收。
