粽子自动化捆扎夹持机构的研究

摘    要:研究了粽子自动化捆扎过程中的定位工艺方案,设计适用于粽子的夹持机构。通过分析粽子的生产工艺流程以及实现粽子固定夹持机构的基本功能和要求,研究相应的技术原理和工艺方法;针对实现粽子定位的操作要求,探讨关键执行部件的选型和设计,并进行了夹持机构的结构设计以及静力学分析。设计了粽子在自动化生产线上转换定位的工艺流程,提出了捆扎夹持机构,探讨了设计过程中机构参数确定的方法和流程。设计了粽子自动化生产中从传送装置转换到捆扎定位装置的工艺流程以及捆扎夹持机构,对于不规则物体的夹持机构设计具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The positioning process in the process of automatic strapping was studied and the holding mech-anism suitable for rice dumplings was designed.The technological process of rice dumplings production and the basic functions and requirements about holding mechanism were analyzed,the corresponding technical principle and technological process were studied;The holding mechanism operation requirements has been realized by exploring the key operating components selection and design methods,the holding mechanism structure was de-signed with statics analysis.The process of transformation positioning in the automatic production line was de-signed,the holding mechanism was proposed,the mechanism design method were analyzed to find out the rela-tionship between the structures parameters.Translating technological from the transmitter to trapped positioning suitable for automation production of rice dumplings was designed and the reference for the holding mechanism design of irregular object was provided.
