电机支承板级进模设计

摘    要:电机支承板的生产在改进前需5副模具;改进后采用1副级进模生产即可,生产效率大幅度提高。根据电机支承板制件的结构特点,采用少废料排样;与改进前的有废料排样相比,材料利用率提高5%。该级进模的设计难点是制件弯曲结构多,制件顶出困难。该模具较好地解决了该难点,制件冲压过程顺畅,生产质量稳定。

Design of Progressive Die for the Motor Supporting Plate
Abstract:Before the improvement, the production of motor support plate with five sets of die; After the improvement, using a set of progressive die production, the production efficiency is greatly improved.According to the structural characteristics of motor supporting plate components, layout mode with less waste; With the improvement of the with waste layout mode, improve the utilization rate of 5% materials. Difficulties in the design of the progressive die is more bending structure, top of the workpiece is difficult. The die solves the difficulty of stamping process, the workpiece is smooth, stable production quality.
