EAF-LF-VOD-铸造流程ZG06 Cr13Ni4Mo钢中CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO系夹杂物转变研究

摘    要:对大型水轮机组用超低碳马氏体不锈钢ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo中夹杂物进行了全面的分析和研究。在40 tEAF-LF-VOD-铸造流程的工业试验取样分析的基础上,运用Fact Sage热力学软件,研究了不锈钢冶炼过程中CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO系夹杂物的转变过程,得到夹杂物的熔点和塑性的变化规律。基于Fact Sage软件的计算,找到合理的夹杂物低熔点塑性控制区域,即在MgO含量为10%的CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO四元系相图中,夹杂物组分(%)为50~70SiO2、10~20Al2O3、10~40CaO时,其熔点低于1 280℃。为得到低熔点的夹杂物,工业生产超低碳不锈钢应将脱氧剂Si/Al比控制在2~5。
