摘    要:大学生科研训练是培养学生创新能力、实践能力、问题解决能力及团队协作能力的重要举措。奥尔堡PBL模式主张"以学生为中心,以问题为导向,由项目来组织"的教学理念,鼓励学生以小组学习和同龄化学习的方式去解决问题、完成项目,并在此过程中培养各项能力。以一项SRT项目为例,展现奥尔堡PBL模式在SRT中的具体应用及其效果,为探索创新人才培养模式提供参考。

Abstract:Scientific research training for college students is an important measure to train their innovative ability,practical ability,problem solving ability and team cooperation ability.The Alburg PBL model advocates the teaching concept of“Student-centered,problem-oriented and project-based organization”,and encourages students to solve problems and complete projects in the way of group learning and peer-based learning,and to cultivate various abilities in the process.By taking a SRT(student research training)project as an example,this paper demonstrates the specific application and effect of the PBL model in SRT,and provides some reference for exploring innovative talent training model.
