理气和胃调神法针刺治疗中风后呃逆疗效研究

目的:比较理气和胃调神法针刺治疗与单纯西药治疗中风后呃逆的临床疗效差异。方法:将100例中风后呃逆患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各50例,对照组患者给予口服巴氯芬片,口服10mg/次,3次/d,试验组患者给予理气和胃调神法针刺治疗,疗程均为3d。于治疗前后采用呃逆症状评分比较两组患者疗效,并分析治疗前后的总有效率、不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后试验组及对照组患者呃逆症状评分均较治疗前下降,两组患者在治疗即刻(P=0.001)、30min(P=0.000)及第1天(P=0.000)的呃逆症状评分差异具有统计学意义,试验组评分均低于对照组。治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为76%,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.006),试验组总有效率高于对照组。结论:理气和胃调神法针刺治疗能够显著降低中风后呃逆患者治疗即刻、30min后及第1天的呃逆症状评分,提高总有效率,较常规西药具有明显优势。

Clinical observation of treatment with Liqi Hewei Tiaoshen acupuncture on post-stroke hiccup

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Liqi Hewei Tiaoshen acupuncture on post-stroke hiccup .Methods:100 patients with post-stroke hiccups were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with baclofen tablets orally 10 mg each time,3 times/d,and the patients in the experimental group were given acupuncture treatment of Liqi Hewei Tiaoshen acupuncture.The course of treatment was 3 days.The curative effect of the two groups was compared before and after treatment,and the total effective rate and adverse reactions before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the scores of hiccup symptoms in the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before treatment.The difference in hiccup symptom scores between the two groups at the immediate( P =0.001),30-minute( P =0.000) and day 1( P =0.000)of treatment was statistically significant.The scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92%,and the control group was 76%.The difference in total effective rate after treatment was statistically significant( P =0.006),and the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The acupuncture treatment of Liqi Hewei Tiaoshen acupuncture can significantly reduce the hiccup symptom scores of patients with post-stroke hiccup,immediately and after 30 min and on the first day,and improve the total effective rate,which has obvious advantages over conventional western medicine.
