摘    要:对三叶形PPS纤维和圆形PPS纤维的结构和性能进行了研究,用SEM观察纤维形态并计算出三叶形PPS纤维的异形度和比表面积;对纤维的滤水性能、浸胶后纸页的物理性能和过滤性能进行了测定。结果表明:PPS纤维的滤水时间随比表面积的增加而增长。当两种PPS纤维含量相同时,含三叶形PPS纤维的纸页的厚度、平均孔径、透气度、耐破度比含圆形PPS纤维的大。随着纸页中PPS纤维含量的增加,其过滤阻力逐渐降低且纳污容量逐渐增大,但其过滤精度有所下降;和圆形PPS纤维相比,在加入量相同时,三叶形PPS纤维可以在保证过滤精度的前提下增加纸页的纳污容量。

Abstract:The structures and properties of two kinds of PPS fiber with different crossing sections were discussed. The morphology structure was observed by SEM. The shaped degree and specific surface area of trilobal PPS fiber were calculated. The fiber’s drainage, the physical and filtration properties of the sheets after impregnation were determined. The results show that drainage time increases with the increase of specific surface area. When the sheets have the same PPS fibers content, the caliper, average pore size, air permeability, and burst strength of the sheets containing trilobal PPS fibers are larger than that containing round PPS fibers. With the increase of PPS fibers, the pressure drop of the sheets is lower and the dirt holding capacity is higher, but the filtering precision declines. Compared with the sheets containing round PPS fibers, at the same content, the sheets containing trilobal PPS fibers can increase dirt holding capacity in guarantee the premise of filtering precision.
