基于Delphi的网络监考系统设计

考试是教学过程中的一个重要环节，随着计算机进一步的普及，越来越多的考试在计算机机房进行，机房考试作弊跟传统笔试作弊有很大区别，具有很强的隐蔽性。如何有效的防止学生作弊，保证考试的公平公，提出用delphi设计网络监考系统的思路和解决办法。达到防止作弊行为，保证考试的公平公正目的，从而实现计算机监考。
