P16功能性短肽对C6和U251细胞增殖的抑制作用

摘    要:目的:探讨P16功能性短肽对体外培养的小鼠脑胶质瘤C6细胞和人神经胶质瘤U251细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法:以不同剂量的P16功能性短肽(12.5、25.0、50.0和100.0 mg·L-1)分别作用于小鼠脑胶质瘤C6细胞和人神经胶质瘤U251细胞24、48和72 h,同时设不加药的阴性对照组,应用MTT比色法检测细胞增殖抑制率。结果:12.5、25.0、50.0和100.0 mg·L-1的P16功能性短肽均可抑制C6和U251细胞的增殖,其细胞增殖抑制率高于阴性对照组(P<0.01);随着剂量的增加及作用时间的延长,C6和U251细胞增殖抑制率增加。结论:P16功能性短肽能抑制小鼠脑胶质瘤C6细胞和人神经胶质瘤U251细胞的生长。

Abstract:Objective To explore the inhibitory effects of P16 functional oligopeptide on proliferation of mouse C6 glioma cells and human U251 glioma cells cultivated in vitro.Methods The C6 cells and U251 cells were treated with different concentrations of P16 functional oligopeptide(12.5,25.0,50.0 and 100.0 mg·L-1) for 24,48 and 72 h,the negative control group(without P16 functional oligopeptide) was set up at the same time.The inhibitory rates of proliferation of C6 cells and U251 cells were detected with MTT.Results 12.5,25.0,50.0 and 100.0 mg·L-1 P16 functional oligopeptide inhibited the proliferation of C6 cells and U251 cells.The inhibitory rates of different doses of P16 functional oligopeptide were higher than that in negative control group(P<0.01).The inhibitory rate was increased with the increasing of dose and prolongation of time.Conclusion P16 functional oligopeptide can inhibit the growth of C6 cells and U251 cells.
