Observation of the Efficacy of Natrii Tanshinone IIA Silas Injection for the Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

[Objective]To explore the efficacy of Natrii Tanshinone ⅡA Silas injection combined with traditional hormone and immunosuppressive therapy for the treatment of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome （PNS）. [Methods] A total of 73 patients with PNS in hospital were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 37） and control group（ n= 36）. Control group received symptomatic treatment including oral prednisone and monopril, sub cutaneous injection with low molecular heparin as well as the diuresis and lowering drugs. Observation group was giv en Natrii Tanshinone ⅡA Silas injection based on the treatment of control group. After treatment for 4 weeks, serum cholesterol（CHO）, triglyceride（TG）, plasma albumin（ALB） and 24 h urinary protein（24 h UTP） were tested and compared with those before treatment. [ResultslCompared with before the treatment, 24 h UTP of the patients both in the observation group and control group after treatment decreased obviously（ P 〈70.05）, while blood 24 h UTP of the patients in the observation group decreased and ALB increased more significantly than those of the patients in con trol group（ P〈0. 01）. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and control group（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Natrii Tanshinone ⅡA Silas has the effect on lowering proteinuria and can ef fectively treat PNS.
