高校后勤保障与学校人才培养的关系之实践性探究

人才培养是高等学校的重要战略任务，也是一项长期的系统工程。在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确提出以人才培养为核心、全面提高高等教育质量的战略主题的形势下，作为学校基础性、保障性部门的后勤如何更有效地为高校的高素质人才培养服务，值得我们探讨与思考。后勤保障服务是学校提升人才培养质量工作中不可或缺的一部分，高校后勤应围绕“以优质服务提供坚实的支撑保障”这一个中心和“服务育人”、“文化育人”两个基本点，结合后勤工作特色，发挥后勤服务在学校人才培养体系中的特殊作用。

Research on Relationship between University Logistics and Talent Cultivation

Personnel training are both an important strategy and a long-term systematic project in high education. In Outline of the National Medium-and-Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development, strategic theme of personnel training as center and overall promotion in high education quality has been put forward clearly. In this context, how to exert a more effective function of logistics in the process of personnel training turns to be a crucial issue, evoking profound considerations and researches. Being a fundamental and service-providing department, logistics plays an indispensable role in high education. Therefore, logistics should establish one center that providing high-quality services guarantees solid supports and then two basic concepts of“service ideology”and“culture ideology”, exercising its special function in the personnel training system of high education.
